Welcome! You and your organization have made the important decision to improve psychological health and safety in your workplace. Through Mental Health Works’ Psychological Health & Safety Professional Certificate Training, you will gain practical skills and knowledge to implement the National Standard and create or expand a tailored Psychological Health & Safety Management System for your organization.
*CMHA Ontario reserves the right to cancel or postpone training due to circumstances such as under-enrolment, instructor illness, or inclement weather. If a training is cancelled by CMHA Ontario, you will be notified as soon as possible and permitted to attend training on another date that’s available.
If your plans change after you have registered, you may transfer to another training date if notice is provided to CMHA Ontario in writing more than 45 days before the training is scheduled to occur, or you may designate a substitute to attend in your place. Please notify us of the name of the person attending as soon as possible prior to the training date for which you have registered. This will allow us to correct our records and minimize confusion at check-in. A minimum of 14 business days’ notice is required, as time is needed for the substitute to complete the estimated 7 hours of pre-course work. If you fail to attend your scheduled training session without required notification, as outlined above, your fee will be forfeited.
